We asked and Yemi Alade delivered. Yemi Eberechi Alade has kept her fans waiting since 2019 before she finally released a new album. The singer and song writer has taken the initiative from her fellow artists to release a new album amidst the diffent events that have happened this year.
She released her new album titled “Empress”. She announced on her Instagram page on Friday, the 20th of November, that her Album has been released on all digital platforms.
The album contains 15 songs and features 6 artists like Dadju, Vegedream, Patoranking, Rudeboy, Mzansi Church Choir and Estelle.
She also announced the world premiere of her song “I choose you” featuring Dadju.
Mama Africa came to represent. This album speaks against a comment by a biased twitter fan that called out Yemi Alade and said she is not as relevant has her fellow artists but after listening to this album you know she can give them a run for their money.
