Early Life

Kehinde Bankole began her education at Tunwase Nursery and Primary School in Ikeja and later studied Mass Communication at Olabisi Onabanjo University. However, she took a break from academics in 2004 to focus on her modeling career.

Career

Kehinde Bankole began her journey into entertainment in 2003 by auditioning for the Miss Commonwealth Nigeria pageant. Although she didnโ€™t win, she secured a spot in the top 10 and gained valuable exposure. She later participated in the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) pageant in 2004. In 2007, she became one of the new faces of Lux, following Genevieve Nnajiโ€™s tenure, joining Sylvia Udeogu and Olaide Olaogun in representing the brand.

During her time as a Lux ambassador, Kehinde launched her acting career in Super Story: Everything It Takes, where she played the role of Caro. She continued working with Wale Adenuga Productions, appearing in Papa Ajasco and This Life. On television, she earned recognition for her portrayal of Kiki Obi, a housewife in Desperate Housewives Africa, the Nigerian adaptation of the American hit series. She also starred in the comedy-drama Prophetess alongside Toyin Abraham.

Outside of acting, Kehinde hosts several daytime talk shows, including Soul Sisters and African Kitchen, showcasing her versatility as a media personality.
