Early Life

Regina Nneamaka Daniels was born in Lagos State, Nigeria, and raised in Asaba, Delta State. Her mother, Rita Daniels, is a well-known Nollywood actress, producer, model, entrepreneur, and former chairperson of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Delta State chapter. Her father, Jude Ojegwu, separated from Rita years ago. Regina is the second youngest of six siblings—three brothers and two sisters.

As a child, she looked up to Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie as her role model. Regina attended Hollywood International School for her early education. In 2018, she enrolled at Igbinedion University to study Mass Communication, furthering her academic and professional development.

Career

Regina Daniels began her acting career at the age of seven with strong support from her mother and siblings. She earned her first acting paycheck of 10,000 Naira for her debut role in the movie Marriage of Sorrow. She gained further recognition after starring in Miracle Child in 2010. Regina has also appeared in comedy skits using archival footage on Ofego’s YouTube platform.

In January 2019, Regina took on a political role as Atiku Abubakar’s Youth Campaign Coordinator. The following year, in February 2020, she launched her own lifestyle magazine, Regina Magazine, at a hotel event in Abuja, showcasing her entrepreneurial flair.
