Tiwa Savage Releases New Single “On The Low” Featuring Skepta
Nigerian music queen Tiwa Savage has dropped a brand-new single, “On The Low”, featuring British-Nigerian rapper Skepta. Released on July 30, 2025, the track debuted on BBC Radio 1 and serves as the second single from her upcoming album This One Is Personal, set to arrive August 29.
A Blend of Afrobeats & UK R&B
Produced by Rymez, “On The Low” is a smooth, mid-tempo track that combines Afrobeats rhythms with the moody tones of UK R&B. Tiwa’s soulful vocals glide over the beat, while Skepta adds a grounded, reflective verse that complements the track’s theme of secret romance.
“It’s about trading the private for being able to tell your friends and loved ones about those flowers, that date night, that movie,” Tiwa explains.
A Major Collaboration
This marks the first official collaboration between Tiwa Savage and Skepta, bringing together two global artists with Nigerian roots. The song follows Tiwa’s previous release “You4Me,” continuing the buildup to what’s expected to be one of her most personal projects yet.
