Nigerian music star Davido has officially unveiled the tracklist for his highly anticipated fourth studio album, 5ive. He made the announcement on his Instagram, sharing a preview of the album along with the names of artists featured on the project.
In his caption, Davido wrote, “Legacy is not what you leave behind, but what you breathe into the future. 72 hours away! Thank you for the love & support,” reflecting his excitement and the deep meaning behind the album.
Davido collaborated with a rich mix of Nigerian talent on the tracklist, including Victony, OdumoduBlvck, Chike, and Omah Lay.
He also reached across borders to feature Caribbean stars like YG Marley, Shenseea, and 450. The album also brings more international flavor with Grammy-nominated artist Victoria Monét and Latin pop star Becky G joining the lineup.
This album marks a reunion with American singer Chris Brown, as they continue their successful musical partnership. South African artist Musa Keys, who was featured on the 2023 Grammy-nominated hit single “Unavailable,” returns for another collaboration.
While some of the artists are working with Davido for the first time, others are familiar names with whom he has shared chart-topping successes in the past. With 5ive, Davido continues to blend cultures, sounds, and global influences to create an album that reflects his growth and international reach.
