Nigerian lawmaker and Senator representing Delta North, Ned Nwoko, has denied reports that he is trying to reconcile with his estranged wife, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels. His statement comes after Regina accused him of sending family members to negotiate on his behalf while simultaneously criticizing her publicly. Actress Doris Ogala supported Regina’s claims on social media, but Nwoko, speaking through his communications team, firmly rejected the allegations. He confirmed that he has not contacted Regina in a manner suggesting reconciliation and has no intention of bringing her back into his home.

Nwoko also refuted Regina’s claims involving drugs and inappropriate behavior, stating they are false and unverified. He attributed her recent social media outbursts to the influence of hard substances. The Senator revealed that during their last WhatsApp conversation, he expressed frustration and issued an ultimatum: she should return to rehabilitation, or he would withdraw financial support.

He alleged that Regina reacted violently to his message, damaging cars and property during the confrontation. Nwoko also criticized a video Regina posted showing him in a private bathroom moment, expressing shock that such footage was made public.

According to Nwoko, Regina had been making progress in rehabilitation but relapsed during her birthday celebration, reportedly using hard drugs with friends for four consecutive days. He expressed disappointment, emphasizing that her behavior continues to escalate.

The conflict between Ned Nwoko and Regina Daniels remains highly public, with both parties presenting conflicting narratives to the public.
