Early Life

Nancy Isime grew up in Lagos, where she completed her primary and junior secondary education. She later moved to Benin City for her senior secondary education. Afterward, she attended the University of Port Harcourt for a six-month basic course before earning a diploma in Social Work from the University of Lagos.

Career

Nancy Isime launched her acting career in 2011 with a role in the TV series Echoes. Beyond acting, she has also made a name for herself as a television presenter. She is known for hosting popular shows such as The Squeeze, What’s Hot, and the backstage segments of MTN Project Fame season 7. In 2016, Isime replaced Toke Makinwa as the presenter of the show Trending on HipTV.

Her career continued to flourish when she co-hosted The Headies awards in 2019 with Reminisce, and again in 2020 with Bovi. In 2019, she also launched her own show, The Nancy Isime Show. She gained even more recognition in 2022 when she starred as Kemi in the Netflix original series Blood Sisters, produced by Ebonylife TV. In 2023, Isime took on the role of Shalewa in Shanty Town, further solidifying her presence in Nollywood.

Nancy Isime’s career continues to soar as she consistently proves herself as a versatile actress, TV presenter, and media personality. With her captivating performances in both local and international productions like Blood Sisters and Shanty Town, Isime remains a prominent figure in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
