Early Life
Tamara Eteimo, born on July 24, 1987, and also known by her stage name Tamara Jones, is a Nigerian R&B singer-songwriter and actress.
Career
She made her Nollywood debut in 2011, shortly after winning the seventh edition of the Next Movie Star reality show. Since then, Tamara has appeared in over 50 films, establishing herself as one of the most notable actresses in the industry. In 2013, she was ranked second in Charles Novia’s annual ranking of Nollywood actresses, further cementing her rising fame. She has also earned several award nominations throughout her career.
Tamara completed her primary and secondary education in Port Harcourt before pursuing a degree in Theatre Arts at the University of Port Harcourt. In May 2010, she released her debut singles, “Vibrate” and “Na Only You,” from her upcoming album. Her music, like her acting, has garnered attention and praise, showcasing her versatility as both a singer and actress.
