Early Life
Solomon Lange grew up in Wasa, a community in Kaduna State, Nigeria. He began singing in his local Baptist Church choir at just nine years old. Despite his humble beginnings, he nurtured his love for music and drew inspiration from artists like The Winans, R. Kelly, Panam Percy Paul, and Mamman Shata.
Career
Solomon Lange entered the professional music scene In 1997, by joining Kale Visions, a gospel group based in Kaduna. Under the mentorship of Evangelist Dapo Kalejaiye, he ministered across Nigeria. After a tragic accident claimed several group members, including their leader, Lange co-founded Zion Music Ministry in 2000.
By 2002, Solomon chose to pursue a solo career. He released Na Gode in 2008, an album that featured songs in both Hausa and English. His second album, Alheri (Grace), followed in 2012 and firmly established him in the gospel music scene.
He went on to release Grateful (2014), Grace (2016), and Victory (2018), each filled with themes of faith, hope, and divine love. Solomon also organized the 1voice gospel concert and collaborated with renowned gospel artists such as Sammie Okposo, Donnie McClurkin, and Micah Stampley.
Recognized for promoting peace and unity in Nigeria, he earned the title of Peace Ambassador from the former First Lady of Nigeria. Outside music, Lange actively speaks at events, delivering messages of encouragement and perseverance.
