Early Life
Pearl Wats, born Pearl Nkiruka Waturuocha on 6 January 1997, hails from Anambra State, Nigeria.She spent her formative years between Anambra and Abuja, absorbing both Igbo cultural values and the broader influences of Nigeria’s capital.
She pursued higher education in Banking & Finance, graduating from Madonna University, Okija, before transitioning into entertainment.
Career
Wats began her professional journey in the banking sector but shifted to acting around 2015 when she started attending auditions.
Her major break came in the TV series Life 101 (2017) where she played Brenda, and she further appeared in films such as The Royal Hibiscus Hotel and Dérè: An African Tale the same year.
Over time, she expanded into modelling, presenting and fashion design, while building a brand presence across social media and content creation.In 2023 she gained further visibility with the YouTube‑film Hey Neighbor alongside Maurice Sam.
