Early Life

Natse Jemide was born on 29 June, into the family of Mr and Mrs Jemide, who both hail from Lagos State and are of Yoruba descent. He spent his first fourteen years in Nigeria before relocating to the United Kingdom, where he attended boarding school in Bromsgrove, England, and later based himself in London. He has one brother, Totse Jemide. Jemide went on to study Law at the University of Birmingham, graduating with his degree in 2019.

Career

Before entering acting, Natse Jemide built a successful modelling career after being discovered through a viral YouTube video titled ‘Kitty,’ which caught the attention of talent agency Bethel Model. He went on to walk for and work with major fashion houses including Giorgio Armani, Polo Avenue, Tokyo James and OrangeCulture, and has appeared in publications such as Kenga Digital. A clip of him at an Armani show during Milan Fashion Week in July 2022 drew significant online attention, amassing over 200,000 views.

Jemide’s breakthrough into Nollywood came with his role as Reggie in the Netflix Nigeria Original series ‘Far From Home,’ which premiered in December 2022 and introduced him to a wide audience of young Nigerian and diaspora viewers. He has since built out his acting filmography with roles in titles including ‘When Love Strikes’ (2024) and ‘Ms. Kanyin’ (2025), and co-directed the film ‘Where Is Jaz.’

In June 2023, Natse Jemide expanded into music, releasing his debut single ‘Obsessed,’ showcasing his vocal ability alongside his acting and modelling work. He is also the founder and CEO of Wintar Studio, a production house and creative agency through which he continues to develop film, fashion and media projects. Prior to his acting and entrepreneurial ventures, he worked as a project manager at Terra Kulture from December 2019 and interned at Falck Prime Atlantic in 2014.

Personal Life

Natse Jemide splits his time between Nigeria and London, where he is based full-time as a commercial model. He has built a significant following on social media, with hundreds of thousands of followers across Instagram, largely made up of a young, Gen Z fan base drawn to both his acting and modelling work. He has kept details of his relationship status private.

With a career spanning modelling, acting, music and entrepreneurship, Natse Jemide has established himself as one of the more versatile young talents to emerge from the current generation of Nollywood and Nigerian creative industries.
