Early Life

Adetomi Aleshinloye, professionally known as Tomi Favored, was born on March 20, 1987, in Kaduna State, Nigeria. Her roots trace to Abeokuta, Ogun State. Raised in a Christian home, she learned discipline from her parents her mother a nurse and her father a soldier. At age 12, she relocated to the United States for education.

She also attended Command Primary School in Kaduna, completed high school at Etiwanda High School, California in 2005, and finished a nursing program at North Valley in 2010.

Career

Tomi Favored discovered her passion for music during her teenage years. In 2014, she debuted her first album I Am Tomi Favored, officially marking the beginning of her music ministry. Since then, she has grown into a recognized voice in gospel music, merging soulful worship with contemporary sounds.

She also co-convenes B.O.W (Bringing Our Worship), a vibrant, live worship event that gathers believers across denominations. The first edition was held in Dallas, Texas, and has also grown in popularity.

She has also collaborated with several gospel greats, including Nathaniel Bassey, TY Bello, and Tope Alabi.

Tomi is married to saxophonist and music teacher, Seyi Alesh. Together, they raise two children, Isaac and Bella.

Tomi Favored continues to bless lives with her music and worship gatherings, using her voice and calling to uplift, unite, and glorify God across continents.
