Iyabo Ojo confirmed her daughter’s story in a post on Instagram on Thursday, July 10, 2025. She explained that some people were planning to destroy her life and family. Part of her post read, “Without prejudice to the ongoing investigation, it is important to state that a few days before my daughter’s wedding in Tanzania, I received a letter threatening my life at my office. The letter explicitly stated that I would go through hell in the next three months.”
The drama took another turn when Liz Anjorin announced that her N1bn lawsuit against Iyabo had been dismissed. Iyabo responded in a now-deleted video with a bold caption. She said, “If anything should happen to my children or my kids, hold Lizzy Anjorin responsible… we haven’t started any case yet… that was just ADR, case never start.”
