Nigerian singer Lojay has delayed the release of his debut album XOXO, originally set for Friday, August 22, 2025.
He made the announcement via X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, asking fans for patience. Lojay said he needs “a little more time” to ensure the album is perfect and timeless.
The project has been in the works for two years and carries deep personal meaning.
Known for blending Afrobeats with rich melodies, Lojay called XOXO a major career milestone. He had teased the album with a pre-save link and talk of a possible tour.
