Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, has issued a stern warning to men about staying away from his wife, Ashabi Simple.
The singer threatened that any man who attempts to sleep with her would face severe consequences.
Portable’s warning came after Nollywood actor Babatunde Bernard Tayo, also known as Baba Tee, publicly admitted to having an affair with his colleague Ijoba Lande’s wife, Darasimi.
In a series of voice notes, Portable expressed his disappointment and outrage over Baba Tee’s confession.
He condemned the actor’s actions, emphasizing that he had always held Baba Tee in high regard and never anticipated such behavior from him.
Portable stressed that as someone who commands respect in the industry, Baba Tee’s admission of having an affair with Ijoba Lande’s wife, Darasimi, was both shocking and disheartening.
He expressed that this kind of betrayal goes against the values of trust and loyalty that should exist in both personal and professional relationships.
Portable further went on to highlight how such actions could have a ripple effect, causing harm to families and relationships. He pointed out that while people in the entertainment industry might be quick to forgive and forget, betrayal of this magnitude should never be overlooked.
The singer’s frustration was evident as he spoke candidly about the issue, insisting that he would never tolerate any form of disrespect when it comes to his own family, particularly his wife.
