Nigerian singer Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, better known as Skales, has expressed his pain over betrayals within the music industry.

In a recent post on his 𝕏 handle, the ‘Shake Body’ hitmaker revealed his plans to eventually speak out about the strained relationships he has experienced with artists he once helped to achieve success in the Music industry.

Skales admitted that, despite the betrayals, he remains grateful for God’s constant faithfulness in his life.

Skales shared a heartfelt message with his followers, saying that, despite people turning their backs on him, including those he supported in their rise to stardom, God never failed him.

He emphasized the importance of always praying and trusting God, a lesson he learned from his late mother. Reflecting on his past struggles, he wrote, “One day I’ll sit down and tell you a story of how a lot of people turned their backs on me, including people I helped build up in this industry. But guess what? God never failed me even when I was isolated… Don’t you ever stop praying and trusting God with everything you’ve got… Best advice my mom gave me!!!”

Skales, who has often been candid about his experiences, is not shy about addressing issues that affect his life, both personally and professionally.

In addition to his reflections on betrayal, he recently made headlines for calling for the dissolution of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

He also shared his experience of an alleged raid by EFCC officials, who reportedly targeted his house after spotting luxury cars in his driveway.

This incident added another layer to the ongoing challenges Skales faces in both his personal and professional life.
