Bauchi-born lyricist B.O.C Madaki has released a new 2026 single alongside Odumodublvck, reuniting a pairing that first found major success with their 2022 joint album “The Drop.”
The new track sees B.O.C Madaki’s trademark blend of Hausa and English wordplay sit alongside Odumodublvck’s high-energy delivery, a combination that helped introduce Northern Nigerian rap to a much wider national audience when the two first linked up.
The reunion comes at a strong moment for B.O.C Madaki, who earned a GMA Awards nomination in 2025 as recognition for an artist widely credited with proving that Nigerian rap does not need to be performed in English or Pidgin to connect with a mainstream audience.
