Ed Sheeran has shared a funny and surprising story about getting high with Snoop Dogg. In a TikTok video posted on April 25, 2025, the British singer joked that the last time he smoked weed with the rap legend, he actually lost his sight for a short while.
In the clip, Snoop Dogg is seen rolling a blunt while Ed Sheeran snacks on some crisps. The calm vibe of the video made fans laugh, but it was Ed’s caption that really caught their attention. He wrote that smoking with Snoop had such a strong effect on him, he couldn’t see for a bit. Fans flooded the comments, reacting with laughter and shock.
Snoop Dogg is famous for his love of marijuana. Over the years, he’s built a reputation as one of the most laid-back and high-tolerance smokers in the world of entertainment. So it’s no surprise that sharing a session with him can be intense — even for a superstar like Ed Sheeran.
This isn’t the first time Snoop has surprised fans with weed-related news. In November 2023, he made headlines by saying he was “giving up smoke.” The serious announcement was shared with a black-and-white image and a message asking for privacy. Many thought he was quitting weed for good.
However, it turned out to be a clever marketing stunt. A few days later, Snoop revealed that he was promoting Solo Stove, a brand that makes smokeless fire pits. He cleared things up by saying, “I’m giving up smoke… I’m going smokeless. Solo Stove fixed fire. They take out the smoke. Clever, right?”
For Ed Sheeran, the experience was clearly unforgettable. For fans, it was just another reason to love both artists even more.
