Early Life
Lilian Afegbai was born on November 11, 1991, and spent her childhood in Edo State, Nigeria. She built a strong foundation during her formative years. Lilian completed her primary education at Our Ladies of Apostles and attended Word of Faith Group of Schools in Benin City for her secondary studies.
After secondary school, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Benson Idahosa University, also in Edo State. This academic background laid the foundation for her diverse career.
Career
Lilian Afegbai gained widespread attention as a contestant on Big Brother Africa in 2014. She then appeared in the 2015 film Road to Yesterday and portrayed herself in the short film Pepper Soup. She also acted as Venice the blogger in Mnet’s TV series Do Good between 2015 and 2016.
Lilian co-produced the movie Dark Past and later established her own entertainment company, EEP Entertainment. She made her production debut with the movie Bound, starring notable actors such as Rita Dominic, Enyinna Nwigwe, Joyce Kalu, and Prince Nwafor. Bound won the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Award (AMVCA) for Indigenous Movie of the Year in 2018.
Expanding her entrepreneurial efforts, Lilian launched her lingerie and gym wear brand called Lilly’s Secret in 2019, further establishing herself as a businesswoman.
