Early Life

Shine TTW Born Chukwuma Chinaza Ferdinand in Anambra State, Nigeria, Shine TTW grew up with music in his veins. His father, a passionate DJ, introduced him to the sounds that shaped his early love for music.

Shine embraced this influence and began nurturing his own musical identity from a young age. While attending Kiddies Montessori Nursery & Primary School and later St. Peters Secondary School, he earned the nickname “entertainment student” for his consistent performances and lively presence. Driven by purpose and passion, he made the pivotal decision to pursue music full-time in 2018, officially beginning his journey as a professional artist.

Career

Shine TTW built his musical path with determination and innovation. He introduced Afro-Sentio, a genre that fuses Nigerian R&B and pop with deep emotional resonance. Rooted in the Latin word sentio meaning to feel, perceive, and experience Afro-Sentio delivers powerful, soul-tapping stories. In 2022, Shine gained wide attention with his breakout single “No Religion”, a bold anthem that challenged conventions. His talent and vision earned him a spot as an Apple Music Up Next artist in 2024. That same year, he released his debut EP, The Chosen One, showcasing his emotional depth and lyrical skill.

Shine TTW continues to push boundaries. He aims to captivate global audiences, headline international concerts, and leave a lasting mark on the music world through his unique sound and storytelling.
