Former Big Brother Naija housemate Ikechukwu Sunday Okonkwo, popularly known as Cross Okonkwo, has officially tied the knot with his longtime partner, Chinonso Onyebuchi.
The civil wedding took place on Monday at the Federal Ministry of Interior marriage registry in Ikoyi, Lagos State. The ceremony marked the couple’s legal union following their earlier traditional wedding in January.
Cross Okonkwo, who gained fame during the “Shine Ya Eye” season of Big Brother Naija and later appeared in the “All Stars” edition, shared the news on Instagram. He posted photos of the couple signing their marriage documents.
In his caption, he wrote:
“23/2/2026 A day the LORD has made. Mr & Mrs Okonkwo.”
The reality star also described the ceremony as an appointed date by God. For the occasion, Cross wore a burgundy tuxedo, while his bride appeared in an elegant white gown.
The legal wedding comes after the couple’s engagement last year. It signals a new chapter for the fitness entrepreneur and influencer.
Recently, Cross spoke publicly about a spiritual transformation. He said he has been “arrested by God” and now dedicates his life to Jesus Christ. However, Chinonso Onyebuchi has remained largely private and has not issued a public statement about the registry ceremony.
Meanwhile, colleagues and fellow reality stars flooded social media with congratulatory messages. Their legal union now officially establishes them as Mr. and Mrs. Okonkwo.
Fans continue to celebrate the milestone as Cross begins this new phase of his personal life.
