Morravey is a Nigerian singer and songwriter born Daniella Ibinabo Daniel on March 13, 2004, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, with roots in the Kalabari ethnic group. She rose to prominence in 2023 after Davido discovered her through a viral TikTok freestyle of Ayra Starr's hit song Rush, which racked up half a million views on the platform.

Impressed by her vocal range and songwriting instincts, Davido signed Morravey to Davido Music Worldwide (DMW), making her the label's second female signee after Liya. She made her professional debut on Davido's 2023 album Timeless with the track In the Garden, which entered the TurnTable Top 100 chart and introduced her voice to a national audience.

Known for her smooth vocals and a sound that blends Afrobeats, Afro R&B, and Afropop, Morravey built her early career through school talent shows and social media singing challenges before her big break. In 2024, she released Ifeneme, a single that significantly expanded her fanbase and reinforced her position as one of DMW's most promising new signings.

Balancing her music career with her studies as a medical student at Rivers State University, Morravey continues to develop a catalog defined by emotional songwriting and vocal versatility, positioning her as one of the artists carrying DMW's next generation forward.
