Early Life

Nichole Banna, popularly known as “Virgin Mary,” is a Nollywood actress and film producer from Imo State, Nigeria. She spent her early years in Port Harcourt, where she attended Oliver Heights International School for her primary education. She later completed her secondary education at Emmy Norberton International School. Nichole pursued higher education at Rivers State University of Science and Technology, where she earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science.

Career

Nichole began her career in Nollywood by taking on diverse acting roles that highlighted her natural talent and screen presence. Her breakout performance and consistent delivery quickly made her a recognizable figure in the Nigerian film industry. She gained widespread attention for her work in the Igbo-language movie Icheke Oku, which she also produced. The film earned critical acclaim and multiple accolades, including an Africa Movie Academy Award and three Best of Nollywood Awards.

Nichole Banna co-starred in the romantic drama Bound alongside Rita Dominic and Enyinna Nwigwe. The film won at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards and further solidified her reputation as a versatile actress.
