The cease-and-desist order gives Yinka 48 hours to stop all defamatory remarks, withdraw past posts, issue public apologies, and pay the demanded compensation. If she fails to comply, May’s lawyers have warned of both civil and criminal litigation.
This legal battle comes after months of public friction between the two women. Earlier in the year, Yinka accused May of orchestrating cyberbullying campaigns and blamed her fans for online harassment. She even warned May publicly to “leave [her] alone,” sparking heated debates on social media.
